T-Ball Registration Form

Black Creek T-ball is for boys and girls finishing pre-k (5 years old as of 6/1/12) and kindergarten. Players learn the basics of baseball.

Teams are divided evenly and play each other throughout the season. Games are held on Tuesday nights at the Sebald (South) Ball diamond at 6:00 and 7:00 p.m. All teams are coached by volunteer parents. Practice times are determined by the coach and team members.

Registration fee is $35.00 (registration forms received after March 4^th, 2012 will be charged a additional $10.00 late fee) and includes the use of a full uniform (pants and shirt) and a baseball hat. Players return the uniform at the end of the season, but keep the hat.

Families are asked to provide one volunteer for two one-hour sessions in the concession stands opposite their child’s game.
